I stumbled upon this Read-A-Thon on a blog and thought this was the perfect time for a read-a-thon and this looks like a perfect thing to help my reading! The Read-A-Thon is hosted by Read.Sleep.Repeat. I am going to be updating my progress on this page for the week.
Here is the schedule and I will update my progress below each day:
Day 1 (December 17th)
– Write your intro post! Share your TBR goals and most importantly,
join us for an introductory Twitter chat using the hashtag #BICOthon at 8
p.m. EST!
Ahh the read-a-thon is here! My main goal is to read about 4 books during this read-a-thon to clear out some of my TBR list for the end of the year and also some of the books that I got in for review! I have a lot of free time over the weekend and Monday so I hope to get a good start on the read-a-thon!

Thoughts: The snow really helped me today! I didn't want to leave the house so I just started and finished one book!!
Day 2 (December 18th) – Participate in the first challenges (teaser tidbits and the page 99 test)
Challenge:
Teaser Tidbits Instructions:
-Grab the book you’re currently reading (or recently read)
-Open to a random page
-Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page NO spoilers allowed! Choose passages void of spoilers. The goal is to entice, yet not ruin the book for others!
-Share the title & author, so that other participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers!
Heir of Thunder - Karissa Laurel
" I don't know anything about you, and yet you're risking so much for me."
"Twenty? He was no more than three years older than me, but it seemed like ten."
Page 99 Test Instructions: Pick a book you haven’t read, turn to page 99 and read that page. Then give a synopsis of that page and tell us if, based only on that page, do you still want to read this book?
Smitten - Janet Evanovich - page 37
It appears Lizabeth just bought a house that needs a lot of repairs that Matt will be helping with. Matt seems to be contemplating his life choices as well since Lizabeth appears happy with her life.
I think I will give it a shot I enjoy Janet Evanovich books this page wasn't spectacular, but hopefully I just picked a basic backstory page.

complete! Also did you know there are bingo games you can download for
your smart phone and they are a lot of fun and take up hours of my time?
